Each line carries four fields: the part number, the quantity, the target date and the deliver-to address. Build the list on the request page or paste it as a bill of materials. A cost-plus quote comes back by email.

A cost-plus quote built line by line from distributor cost, inbound freight, outbound freight, cargo insurance and any duties or fees we pay, plus the margin. The proforma invoice groups the lines by tariff line.

A family name is not a classification. Package variants of one base part can carry different classifications.

Parts are sourced to order from authorized US distributors and quoted line by line. Lead time follows the distributor's stock position and is stated on the quote.

A new buyer prepays the first order in full. After the first order the deposit covers landed cost and the balance falls due on delivery confirmation. Wire and ACH accepted; other arrangements by written agreement. The quote and deposit page states the sequence.

We handle the US export filing. Tracking and documents go to the buyer the day the shipment moves. The end-user statement page says when a statement is needed.

Import formalities, duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's. We supply the commercial invoice grouped by tariff line, the packing list, the certificates and the export filing citation.

The distributor's packing slip, a manufacturer or distributor certificate of conformance, and moisture barrier bags shipped sealed as received or resealed with fresh desiccant and a humidity indicator card inside floor life. A distributor invoice copy with prices redacted, date code photographs and label scans are sent on request. The provenance pack page shows each item.

The requirement list and a way to reply. The company name and the delivery address go on the proforma invoice when you order.

When a line requires a US export license, we file for it and quote it subject to approval. Ask us.

Any country US law allows us to ship to. Guides are published for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), Türkiye, Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan), the Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines). Each region has its own guide, from buying from the UAE to buying from Southeast Asia.

No maker on the line card, the systems page or the catalog is headquartered in or owned from the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau included, or from Russia, Iran or North Korea. The check is made on the maker's ultimate parent, not on the brand's registered address. The NDAA page states the rule, the makers it excludes by name and the paperwork.
