Buying datacenter GPUs for Latin America
Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and most of Latin America need no US export license for the accelerators, systems and racks in this section. Orders to them check out with no license notice, at the published prices, through the same online checkout as a buyer in the United States. Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua and Haiti get no cart.
Which items ship without a license
Every listing in the section checks out with no license notice for Latin American destinations other than the four below. That covers the accelerators (NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, B300 and RTX PRO 6000 Server Edition, AMD Instinct MI300X, MI325X and MI355X, Intel Gaudi 3), the HGX and DGX systems, the Supermicro RTX PRO 6000 system, the GB200 and GB300 NVL72 racks and the interconnect, cooling and power parts. Every order, domestic or export, is screened before shipment.
Destinations with no cart

When ownership changes the answer
The checkout asks for the country where your company is headquartered and the country where its ultimate parent is headquartered. When either one is China, Macau, Hong Kong or another screened destination, the checkout takes the order and the payment, the order is screened before anything ships, and a failed screen is refunded in full, even for a delivery to Mexico or Brazil. A changed answer on headquarters or ownership after the order holds the order until it is resolved.
What you supply at order
- Your company's legal name, website, contact name, email and phone
- The consignee, meaning the site or company the units are delivered to, with its full address
- The country where your company is headquartered, and the name and headquarters country of its ultimate parent
- A PO number, if you want one printed on the invoice
We ask what the items are for on every order, and a signed end-use and end-user statement, on the form we provide after order, is required before shipment.
Delivery
Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to the address provided, or FCA to your own carrier at the supplier's dock. Under FCA your forwarder takes the goods at the supplier's dock in the United States and carries them on from there. Prices exclude import duties, VAT, and taxes at destination. For international deliveries, these are collected by the carrier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) upon delivery. Gatewell handles all US export compliance. Buyers are responsible for meeting import requirements and obtaining any needed authorizations at destination.
Payment
Secure payment by bank transfer. Pay at checkout by bank debit from a US business account or by bank transfer, or by wire or ACH against your invoice. Payment is in full at order on every priced item, on one invoice issued at checkout and due five business days from issue. Include the invoice number in your wire reference or ACH memo. Prices and invoices are in US dollars.
Cards are sold from 4 units per order, the RTX PRO 6000 Server Edition and the Gaudi 3 PCIe card from 8. SXM and OAM accelerators are sold on their baseboards and never as loose cards, every SXM and OAM accelerator on its eight-way board from two boards. Systems and racks are confirmed to configuration and invoiced after the check, at the posted range. Smaller quantities are quoted by email or through the request page. Questions
Does a company in Mexico need a US export license to buy NVIDIA GPUs?
No. Mexico needs no US export license for these items. The checkout shows no license notice for a delivery to Mexico. The answer changes when your company or its ultimate parent is headquartered in China, Macau, Hong Kong or another destination with no cart.
Which Latin American destinations have no online checkout?
Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua and Haiti. Orders for them are handled by our export desk by contact.
Can a subsidiary of a Chinese company in Brazil order?
