Accelerators and accessories go through the cart
Cards carry three published price tiers by quantity and are sold from 4 units per order, the RTX PRO 6000 Server Edition and the Gaudi 3 PCIe card from 8; each page prints its three bands. SXM and OAM accelerators are sold on their baseboards and never as loose cards, with three tiers by board count, every SXM and OAM accelerator on its eight-way board from two boards. Above the top tier, contact us for volume availability. Accessories carry one list price and any quantity, and a cart needs at least one accelerator, system or rack to check out.
Systems and racks are confirmed to configuration
Systems and racks are quoted from their own pages, never from the cart. Each page offers standard configurations by maker part number, a notes field for what you already know, and an estimated range or a posted price; the configured quote follows by email with the ship date, and the invoice follows your acceptance. Systems are quoted from two units and racks from one.
Checkout and your invoice
Checkout collects the purchaser, the ship-to and bill-to addresses with a phone number for each, the headquarters country of your company and of its ultimate parent, and an optional PO number. On submission you receive an order number and can pay at once by bank debit from a US business account or by bank transfer to the account Stripe shows. Your invoice for the priced items follows by email with wire and ACH instructions for payment by transfer. A cart of quoted items only is submitted for configuration confirmation, and its invoice follows the check. Include the invoice number in your wire reference or ACH memo. Invoices are due five business days from issue.
Payment in full at order
Payment is in full at order on every priced item, on one invoice issued at checkout. Orders above $10,000,000 are arranged by contact.
Availability and your ship date
A listing marked Available now is available for order today. Every other accelerator and accessory ships within 3-8 weeks. Guaranteed ship date confirmed within 5 business days of payment. The terms state what follows if the date cannot be confirmed.
Orders above the guaranteed quantity
Each priced item carries a guaranteed available quantity. When an order asks for more, the guaranteed quantity is invoiced at checkout and the rest is listed on the order as to be confirmed, without an invoice. Contact us to confirm that quantity and ship the two together.
Before shipment
A signed end-use and end-user statement, on the form we provide after order, is required before shipment. Some destinations require a US export license. The checkout says so before you submit. Where a license is needed we prepare the application after payment, nothing ships before it issues, and a denied license means a full refund.
Delivery, inspection and taxes
Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to the address provided, or FCA to your own carrier at the supplier's dock. You may inspect on delivery, and a unit that fails on arrival is replaced or refunded when reported within ten business days. California sales tax is collected on orders delivered within California. Buyers holding a valid California resale certificate may provide it at order to apply the resale exemption. Prices exclude import duties, VAT, and taxes at destination. For international deliveries, these are collected by the carrier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) upon delivery.
Questions
Can I mix accelerators from different makers in one order?
Yes. NVIDIA, AMD and Intel accelerators and any accessories go on one cart and one invoice, and each line keeps its own quantity tier.
Can I add a system to a cart of accelerators?
Yes. One order number covers both. The accelerators are invoiced at checkout. The system is confirmed to configuration and invoiced after the check.
Who pays the bank charges on a wire?
The buyer pays its own bank's charges. The amount that lands must equal the invoice amount.
