How to buy NVIDIA datacenter GPUs, from cart to dock

A datacenter buyer wants three things from a GPU purchase: a price that holds, a date that holds, and paperwork that clears the receiving dock and the export desk. This section is built to deliver all three on one order number.

Pick the accelerator, the system or the rack

Accelerators carry published prices in three quantity tiers. Cards are priced per unit from 4 units, the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition and the Gaudi 3 PCIe card from 8. SXM and OAM accelerators are sold on their baseboards and never as loose cards, priced per board, every SXM and OAM accelerator on its eight-way board from two boards. DGX B300 and DGX B200 carry a posted price per system. The DGX GB300 and DGX GB200 racks and the DGX H200 are fixed configurations priced per unit by quote. HGX systems and the OEM GB200 and GB300 NVL72 racks are chosen by standard configuration with a notes field for the rest, at an estimated range confirmed to configuration before invoicing. Interconnect, power and cooling parts add to the same cart at list prices.

Check out once

Checkout collects the company, the contact, the ship-to address, the headquarters country of your company and of its ultimate parent, and an optional PO number. You receive an order number on submission.

Receive the invoice and pay by bank transfer

Priced items are invoiced at checkout, payment in full, and the invoice arrives by email with wire and ACH instructions. Include the invoice number in your wire reference or ACH memo. Invoices are due five business days from issue. Quoted items are confirmed to configuration and invoiced after the check.

Availability and your ship date

A listing marked Available now is available for order today. Every other accelerator and accessory ships within 3-8 weeks. Guaranteed ship date confirmed within 5 business days of payment. The terms state what follows if the date cannot be confirmed.

Before shipment

A signed end-use and end-user statement, on the form we provide after order, is required before shipment. Gatewell handles all US export compliance, and the checkout tells you before you submit when your destination requires a US export license.

Delivery

Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to the address provided, or FCA to your own carrier at the supplier's dock, with the serial list and provenance documents. You may inspect on delivery, and a unit that fails on arrival is replaced or refunded when reported within ten business days.

Questions

Can a company outside the United States order?

Yes. The checkout takes any ship-to country the export desk can serve. Some destinations require a US export license, and the checkout says so before you submit; where a license is needed we prepare the application after payment, nothing ships before it issues, and a denied license means a full refund.

Do I need to be an NVIDIA partner or a reseller?

No. Orders come from named end users, from integrators and from resellers who name their customers.

Can I order a mix of NVIDIA, AMD and Intel accelerators?

Yes. Any mix of accelerators and accessories goes on one cart, one order number and one invoice, and each line keeps its own quantity tier.

How are the units verified?

Every supplier is vetted before a purchase order is placed. Every unit is inspected before it ships. Serial numbers are recorded and validated against the maker's records where the maker offers validation, and provenance documentation travels with every lot.
