NVL72: the rack as the unit
GB200 NVL72 and GB300 NVL72 are rack scale systems: 36 Grace CPUs and 72 Blackwell or Blackwell Ultra GPUs on one NVLink domain, liquid cooled, with power shelves and NVLink switch trays integrated. NVL72 is the way to buy when the workload wants a single large NVLink domain and the facility has liquid cooling. Can I buy the GPUs alone and build the system myself?
Yes. The HGX H100, HGX H200, HGX B200 and HGX B300 8 GPU baseboards are listed on their own pages with published tiers by board count, from two eight GPU boards, and the GPUs are never sold off the board; and the interconnect, power and rail parts that go with them are on the same cart.
What is confirmed before invoicing?
The configuration: CPUs, system memory, storage, networking cards and cables, power and cooling options, rails and the software entitlement where the maker bundles one. The confirmation lists each line, and the invoice follows at the posted range.
Which networking goes with which system?
